A renowned town, celebrated for its association with the HBO series The Last of Us, boasts a popular café that serves coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Persephone sits at Jackson Hole in Wyoming, where, upon entering, the aroma of freshly baked bread envelops you from its bakery. This café invites guests with its minimalistic charm and French-inspired style to savor moments of simple beauty over every sip and bite. Persephone’s outdoor seating area also amplifies the café’s allure, providing a refreshing escape amidst the crowd inside and into Wyoming’s captivating nature and wildlife.

Coffee
This café is a bit pricey, but it offers various treats. The most expensive option on the menu is $16, with any add-ins bumping up the price. In terms of coffee and tea, Persephone serves Drip, Café Au Lait, Americano, Espresso | Decaf, Macchiato, Cortado, Cappuccino, Latte, Breve, Mocha, Hot Chocolate, Turmeric Latte, Chai Latte, Matcha Latte, Seasonal Iced Tea, Espresso Spritzer, Cold Brew, Siam Basil Lemongrass Tea, Ashram Afternoon, Majorelle Mint, Dragonwell Green, The White Wolf, Belloco Breakfast, Earl Grey, and Milk Oolong. This café also offers plenty of syrups you might want in your coffee and milk alternatives like their home-made almond milk!

Breakfast & Lunch
You can enjoy breakfast all day, starting from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., while lunch is available from 10:30 a.m. until closing time. For breakfast fans, you can have Yogurt & Granola, Seeded Avacado Bowl, Egg Sandwich, Croque Madame, Quiche Lorraine, Omelette, Bread Pudding French Toast, Basic Breakfast with sides of Two Eggs, Bacon, Maple Sage Sausage, Sweet Potato & Brussel Hash, and Herbed Fries. For Lunch, Persephone has Panzaella, Beet & Ricotta, Heirloom Carrot, Grilled Cheese, Chicken, Tuna Salad, Truffled Prosciutto, and Ham & Cheese. Unfortunately, there aren’t many options for those on a plant-based diet.

Persephone prides itself on its fresh baked goods as the café is inspired by bakeries from France and beyond. Persephone says the café bakes fresh every morning with classic artisanal bread and a spectrum of sweets. As a scratch bakery, it only sells items baked that day, so come in early to get the best of the morning before they sell out! Not only does this café sell yummy bread, but they also sell mugs, chocolate, seasonal cookies, and fresh honey– and don’t worry about leaving your dishes at the table; a sign at each table says the staff at Persephone will pick them up! So, make a pit stop at Persephone next time you wander into the charming town of Jackson Hole (zombies or otherwise!)
