The only art café in Fort Myers brings together a local hangout for artists around the city to gather. Arts & Eats Café has local artwork filling their coffee shop from head to toe, even the furniture look creative enough to buy! This artful café opened its doors only 2 years ago and is already making a name for itself.
Didn’t I say the furniture looked like artwork? The lamp behind me in the photo above can answer that. Arts & Eats Café opens only 4 days out of the week, but starting March that will change to 3! They’ll open from Friday to Sunday as per their summer hours. They offer coffee (yes, please!), sandwiches, desserts, cold drinks, ground coffee bags, and an additional menu for you to try! As always, watch your heart and never surpass more than 5 shots of espresso!
Every Sunday, this café invites all Southwest Florida artists to the Art Talks at the Edwards. At no cost, all local artists are invited to a casual gathering, hosted inside the Arts & Eats Café. The meetings start every Sunday at 11am. Not only can you drink your warm java in doors, enjoying the aesthetics– this crafty house offers The Octopus Room, where the breezy air from the outside world comes in, without you having to actually be outside! Come support your local artists (and small businesses) at the Arts & Eats Café and relax inside the Octopus Room! These guys are open Friday to Sunday until 2pm!
