This café does offer breakfast burritos and pastry options, but if you’re opting for a café that includes big breakfast/brunch meals, you won’t find that here. Summer Moon Coffee shifts their full attention to the coffee beans, making sure each roast is perfect for you (which it was!). The coffee is rich and smooth and oh-so-tasty. The amount of Moon Milk depends entirely on your preferences: a lot, a good amount, a little, or a tiny bit. Moon Milk is a sweet cream used in many of their drink menu options–or you can add the Moon Milk to any drink of your choosing. Your drink will become smooth and creamy if you include Moon Milk. Summer Moon Coffee has been in business since 2002. The francize began its journey in the state of Texas and slowly branched out during 2005. Now, you can find this café around several cities in Texas, Florida, Kansas City, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Oklahoma City, and even Arizona. There are around sixty locations in total (and counting!). The coffee beans are still hand-roasted to perfection in Texas, which they call their Velvet Blaze Espresso.
