Viking Café and Guesthouse, located on the Stokksnes Peninsula near Höfn, is a unique coffee stop tucked inside an attraction itself.

Behind the blog, I teach English while writing fiction novels during my free time. I also earned my MFA in Creative Writing. Before my writing career, I worked as a barista for years.
